Subscription Details:

Subscription boxes bill on the 1st day of the month they ship. We try to get them out the first or second week of that month. As we continue to grow this program there may be some delays. They ship in January, April, July, & October. Your card on file will be billed on the 1st of the month they ship, not 3 months from the time you signed up. 

There are no returns on subscription boxes, but you are free to cancel anytime before you are charged! If you have a damaged box, reach out to us right away so we can get you a replacement. 

They are available for in-store pick up or shipping! You can select your preference at check out. We will contact you when they are ready for pick via email.

I’ve received three subscription boxes so far and have loved them all! They have helped me find new products that I love. I’m loving the ABK mint chapstick and the lotion bar from the most recent box . The lotion bar leaves my skin so hydrated and it’s so much more convenient than my typical lotion! Aesthetics by Kell has top notch costumer service! I wish I lived closer to the store, but I’m thankful to shop online!
